Variant Analysis for somatic mutation of Breast cancer of ECU exome sequences
Although analysis for other exome for all diseases have similar pipeline, but Cancer exome analysis takes some extra step for somatic variant analysis. Thes includes Mutsigout (for significant mutation) and Oncotator. However, after analysis with Oncotator, variants can be further analyzed briefly with these follwing software

2.Mutation mapper
3.Circos Analysis

The somatic mutations that are identified in multiple tumor samples (n=129) are viewed in Oncoprint. It gives a glimpse of pictorial representation of multiple mutations in multiple genes
2. Mutation Mapper
This analysis gives a view of all the mutations in a single gene. Their locations and structural modifications can also be viewed by clicking each mutation. Here we show 3 genes showing mutations in ECU tumor sample although these picture could be available for each important gene.

3. Circos Analysis
Circos is a nice tool to view all mutations in all human chromosome. It is also useful to view interacting link between mutations in different chromosome or other factors, such as Chipseq or ATACseq or RNAseq results
